  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • The request for return is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Products purchased on clearance or special sale.
    • Customized, cut-to-size, or special-order products.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
